		<description><![CDATA[Regardless of the outcome of any game, it is time we recognize that our offense is stale. We are stifling Eli behind this most predictable offense in the league. Never enough play action, too many timing patterns. Bottom line is Gilbride must go. We need a spark to our offense along with upgrades on our o-line. We need to seriously upgrade our LBs. Our best LB this year was without a doubt Chase Blackburn. I am sure he graded out at the top of the class.]]></description>
