G men need quicker faster linebackers,i love Chase and his heart but we haven't had a dominant backer for a long time. Giants can't stop the run and will not win anything unless we pick up our game. Just look at the stats so far this year just sad to watch. On the offensive side of the ball the O line gives Ely time but they don't seem to open many gaps for our running game.
I am not a NFL coach but these things are glaring to me after watching 50 years of Giant football.

This team is lacking leadership in the defense and Eli needs to get his head back into focus. I'm a die hard Giants fan but I cannot stand watching them blow a lead towards the end of the game. The two captains Eli and Tuck talk a lot about mistakes and becoming better, but none of that is showing on the field.

It could be just me, but I have rarely found that what players say to the press or to the fans has any effect whatsoever on the actual game. If talking a great game were the key to on-field success which one of us would not be a perfect replacement for Eli, or JPP?
