With their 26-3 victory over the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, the Giants improved to 4-2 and took sole possession of first place in the NFC East.

    It is certainly fun trying to rate teams. Of course it is. That is why so many people try ot do it. However, fans are really only interested in who wins the game, first and then how far the team goes in the post-season. Writers write (and vote) for money, fans express themselves for the pure joy of it.

    Very impressed with the performance in SF…but clearly the Gmen are better than the 4-2 record. The schedule to start the season was very difficult and the loss to philly was gift. If the defense can play like they did at the end of last yr look out.

    I agree, the Giants play a very good underdog. They need punched in the mouth time to time to remind them how easy it is to lose in the NFL. You all don’t want to be like the Packers or Pats of recent memory. Enjoy week 7. NFC East football is beautiful.
