15:00 — The 49ers begin the fourth quarter with the ball on their 45.

Jacquian Williams sacks Alex Smith for a loss of one, forcing the 49ers to punt.

9:49 — Mathias Kiwanuka sacks Smith for a loss of 14.

*The Giants record five sacks on the day.

8:22 — Ahmad Brashaw hits 100 yards rushing with an 11-yard gain. He has 108 yards on 24 carries.

5:40 — David Wilson gets some touches and breaks a 20-yarder.

1:56 — FIELD GOAL GIANTS. Lawrence Tynes makes a 32-yard attempt. GIANTS 26, 49ERS 3 (Drive: 13 plays, 72 yards in 7:10)
