Calling all fans for NFL Back to Football Run

Calling all NFL fans! The NFL Back to Football Run will be held on Thursday, August 30, and will serve as the official start of 2012 Kickoff Week in New York. Held in iconic Central Park, the run will bring together thousands of runners from across the country to celebrate the return of football and the Super Bowl XLVI champion New York Giants. The run will feature NFL-themed elements and include former NFL greats.
On race day, registered entrants can enter a raffle for the chance towin two tickets to the 2012 NFL Kickoff Game on September 5 between the New York Giants and the Dallas Cowboys or a signed football from Eli Manning, Tony Gonzalez, or Andrew Luck.
Prior to the main run at 7:30 p.m., families will be able to take part in the NFL PLAY 60 Fun Run at 6:00 p.m. This event will give youth the opportunity to take part in the evening’s festivities while getting active and moving. NFL PLAY 60 encourages kids to get up and active for at least 60 minutes each day.
All race participants will also receive a Nike® Legend Dri-FIT® T-shirt.
Registration will close at 11:45pm on Sunday, August 26.
